'Nelson the Bay' is a duplex property which has 2 x 3 bedroom adjoining apartments. They offer modern split level living with commanding views over Port Stephens and are located only 100mtrs off the beach.
Nelson 1 has a main bedroom with ensuite, the second bedroom is a double and the 3rd has a double bed with a single bunk above. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are separated by a large bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower and a toilet. The 3rd level contains the lounge room with a double sofa if required to accommodate up to 8 guests if required.
On the 4th level you will find the large kitchen, dining room and a 3rd powder room. This level opens out onto the BBQ deck and setting. There are 2 other decks in the apartment. The apartment is airconditioned and has a Digital TV/DVD/Stereo for your entertainment.
Onstreet and offstreet parking is available. We are dog friendly for vaccinated and house trained pets. A fully enclosed rear yard is included.

Follow the F3 to the end of the divided section. At the next roundabout turn right to Taree. Proceed to Hexham and vear left over the Hunter rover bridge. Stay on the freeway until the Nelson Bay turn off appears. This turns back under the freeway and then follow the Nelson Bay signs all the way. As you approach Nelson Bay township take the 2nd street on the left...Galoola Drive. Proceed to the end and turn left onto Government Rd then immediately right onto Burbong St. Stop at no.7 for keys to your apartment next door.
